For the purpose of further enhancement of activities of legal services of bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on places, and also procedure for carrying out certification of their workers the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. M. Ikramov.

2. In Regulations on the procedure for carrying out certification and advanced training of employees of legal services approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 22, 2007 No. 244 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, No. 11, the Art. 65):
a) and 5 to state items 4 in the following edition:
"4. Persons accepted to position of the employee of legal service are subject to certification within six months from the date of acceptance for work.
