About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2014, No. 4, the Art. 244) the following amendments and changes:

1. To add part 2 of Article 7 with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1) notes or letters and (or) their projects - if the interstate or intergovernmental international treaty which is subject in subsequent to ratification by Jogorku Kenesh is supposed to be concluded by exchange of the notes or letters forming the international treaty;".

2. In Article 8:

in part 3 "Government" shall be replaced with words the word "The president or the Government on the competence";

to add part 4 after words of "the draft of the international treaty" with words "(the project of note or the letter from the Kyrgyz Republic if it is supposed to sign the international treaty by exchange of the notes or letters forming the international treaty)".

3. To declare Item 1 of part 3 of Article 11 invalid.

4. To state Item 1 of part 3 of Article 12 in the following edition:

"1) the copy of the text of the international treaty (the verified copy received from depositaries of multi-lateral international treaties) certified by authorized state body in the field of foreign affairs.

The copies of notes or letters certified by authorized state body in the field of foreign affairs - if the international treaty is signed by exchange of the notes or letters forming the international treaty;".

5. Add the law with Article 17-1 of the following content:
