About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About weapon"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About weapon" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 11, the Art. 448) the following amendments and change:
in Article 8:
the paragraph one in state language after the word "aymagynd" to add with the words "томонкулорго to tyyu салынат";
in Item 8 in state language of the word "салынат" to exclude tyyua;
add Article with Item 9 of the following content;
"9) trade in civil, office weapon and ammunition to them in the territory of the educational organizations, the organizations of health care, public catering, and also in buildings in which state bodies and local government bodies are located.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in 3-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
