About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2013 No. 399

1. Bring in Instructions for use premises, the contents of residential and auxiliary rooms approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2013 No. 399 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.05.2013, 5/37305), the following changes and amendments:
1.1. in part one of Item 8 of the word "and other equipment (except for systems of heating" shall be replaced with words ", coppers on firm type of fuel and other equipment (except for systems of central heating";
1.2. in Item 16:
"rooms" to add subitem 16.5 after the word with words ", and also on balconies and loggias";
add Item with subitem 16.5-1 of the following content:
"16.5-1. blocking up of balconies, loggias;";
1.3. add Item 17 with part two of the following content:
"When implementing the business activity connected with provision of places for short-term accommodation, premises are provided at the rate of at least 6 sq.m of living space on one person.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
