1. Part the twenty eighth article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About scientific and scientific and technical activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 2-3, of Art. 20; 2006, No. 47, Art. 463; 2012., No. 12-13, of Art. 82; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of March 2, 2015 No. 213-VIII) to state in the following edition:

"The pension granted to person according to this Article (except disabled people of I and II groups, disabled veterans of III group and combatants, persons on whom action of Item 1 of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "Expatiates on the status of veterans of war guarantees of their social protection"), during work on the positions granting the right to purpose of pension / monthly perpetual monetary pay according to the procedure and on the conditions provided by the laws of Ukraine "About public service" "About prosecutor's office" "About the status of the People's Deputy of Ukraine", "About judicial system and the status of judges", is paid in the amount of, calculated according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance". The pension granted to person after entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About measures for legislative ensuring reforming of the pension system" according to this Article (except disabled people of I and II groups, disabled veterans of III group and combatants, persons on whom action of Item 1 of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "Expatiates on the status of veterans of war guarantees of their social protection"), during work on the positions granting the right to award of pension according to the procedure and on the conditions provided by this Law is paid in the amount of, calculated according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance". Temporarily, during the period from April 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015, during work of person (except disabled people of I and II groups, disabled veterans of III group and combatants, persons to whom action of Item 1 of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war extends guarantees of their social protection") on other positions / works (except the cases provided by the first and second offers of this part) the pensions granted according to this Article which size exceeds 150 percent of the subsistence minimum established for persons which lost working capacity are paid in the amount of 85 percent of the appointed size, but at least 150 percent of the subsistence minimum established for persons which lost working capacity. After dismissal from work pension payment according to this Law is resumed. The maximum size of pension (taking into account allowances, increases, additional pension, the target monetary assistance, pension for special merits in front of Ukraine, indexation and other pension supplements established by the legislation except surcharge to allowances to the separate categories of persons having special merits before the Homeland) cannot exceed ten subsistence minimums established for persons which lost working capacity".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
