About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 28, 2005 No. 551

Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 28, 2005 No. 551 "About measures for increase in traffic safety" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 189, 1/6961; 2007, No. 251, 1/9036; 2010, No. 1, 1/11227; No. 288, 1/12128; 2012, No. 8, 1/13223; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 15.06. 2013, 1/14327; 25.02. 2014, 1/14823) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 2:
in subitem 2.1 of the word "40-hour training in practical driving of the car" shall be replaced with words "at least 50 hours of training in driving";
to exclude from subitem 2.3 of the word of "Ministry of Transport and Communications";
1.2. in the Traffic regulations approved by this Decree:
in Item 2:
state subitem 2.6 in the following edition:
"2.6. bicycle path - the isolated road or the road element allocated structurally or by means of lines of horizontal road marking intended for movement of drivers of bicycles (further - cyclists) designated by route sign "Bicycle path";";
"vehicle" and "in it" to add subitem 2.8 after words respectively with words ", the self-propelled machine" and "(it)";
state subitem 2.12 in the following edition:
"2.12. the state technical inspection - set of the organizational and technical measures directed to non-admission to participation in traffic of vehicles, which are not conforming to requirements of the international legal documents concerning safety of wheel vehicles, pieces of the equipment and parts which can be established and used on wheel vehicles, to requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, obligatory for observance, in this sphere (further - technical regulatory legal acts);";
in subitem 2.28 of the word "more than 50 cubic centimeters" shall be replaced with words "50 cubic centimeters and more";
