About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2003 No. 179 "About approval of the Regulations on the State register of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing production, storage (as type of business activity) tobacco products, wholesale and retail trade by them" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 22, 5/11965; 2005, No. 175, 5/16707; 2007, No. 278, 5/26147; 2011, No. 11, 5/33160):
1.1.1. from preamble the word", advertizing" to exclude;
1.1.2. in Regulations on the State register of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing production, storage (as type of business activity) tobacco products, wholesale and retail trade by them, approved by this resolution:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. This Provision is developed according to the Regulations on state regulation of production, turnover and consumption of tobacco raw materials and tobacco products approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2002 No. 28 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 143, 1/4234).";
in paragraph one of Item 2 of the word "legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" shall be replaced with words "legal entities of the Republic of Belarus (further - legal entities) and the individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus (further - individual entrepreneurs)";
