1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 28, 2012 No. 131 "About approval of Rules of provision of information from the legal inventory" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 7586, No. 136-137 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of May 12, 2012 (26955-26956) following changes:
in the Rules of provision of information from the legal inventory approved by the specified order:
7, of 8, 9 to state Items in the following edition:
"7. Provision of information on state registration of the rights to real estate by physical person and legal entity is performed based on the written request on receipt of information on state registration of the rights (encumbrance of the rights) to real estate to physical persons and legal entities from the legal inventory (further - the Request) in form according to appendix 1 to these rules.
In cases of the written appeal of law enforcement, judicial authorities on the criminal, civil, administrative cases which are in production, legal executives being in production of the executive document, bodies of state revenues, guardianship and custody according to their competence, in the letter the bases according to which information, the purpose of use (appointment) of required information, and also data of required subjects (surname, name, middle name, birth date and IIN of physical persons, the name and the BIN of legal entities) is requested are specified.
