About modification of the Procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine

According to article 2-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" I order:

1. Bring in the Procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 22, 2012 No. 296/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 22, 2012 on No. 282/20595 (with changes), the following changes:

in the Section II:

to add Item 1 of Chapter 2 with the new subitem of the following content:

"1.21. The notary shall issue to the parties of the transaction the written certificate of the amount of payment for making of the corresponding notarial action. Such reference shall be signed by the notary and is sealed him.";

to add Item 3 of Chapter 10 with the new subitem of the following content:

"3.29. In case of institution of heritable case and establishment of structure of heritable property the notary provides to the heir the written certificate of the list of the documents necessary for registration of inheritance and issue of the certificate on the right to inheritance, with indication of the amount of payment for making of the corresponding notarial actions. Such reference shall be signed by the notary and is sealed him.".

2. To department of notariate and bankruptcy (Baranova T. I.) provide submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. To department of notariate and bankruptcy (Baranova T. I.), to chiefs of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to provide proper accomplishment of this order.
