About modification of the Procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 22, 2012 No. 296/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 22, 2012 on No. 282/20595 (with changes), the following changes:

in the Section II:

to add subitem 5.30 of Item 5 of Chapter 2 after paragraph one with new paragraphs the second - the fourth the following content:

"In case of the certificate of the agrarian receipt the notary checks lack of encumbrance according to the data containing in the State register of encumbrances of personal estate.

The agrarian receipt is certified by the notary in the absence of encumbrance (except for encumbrances according to other agrarian receipts).

Data on pledge subject of the agrarian receipt are entered in the State register of encumbrances of personal estate.".

With respect thereto paragraphs two, third to consider respectively paragraphs the fifth, sixth;

in subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of Chapter 15:
