1. Bring in Regulations on payment of compulsory insurance premiums, fees on the professional pension insurance and other payments in the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 40 "About Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 17, 1/10419; 2010, No. 42, 1/11372; 2011, No. 1, 1/12211; 2012, No. 69, 1/13557; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.11.2013, 1/14639; 26.02. 2014, 1/14842), following amendments and changes:
in Item 1-1:
the first offer of paragraph one to add with words ", and also the physical persons performing activities for rendering services in the field of agroecotourism without state registration as individual entrepreneurs";
to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:
"legal entities are payers in the budget of fund for physical persons, including the individual entrepreneurs who are owners of property (participants, members, founders) of legal entities and performing functions of heads of these legal entities;";
add Item with the paragraph the ninth the following content:
"the physical persons performing activities for rendering services in the field of agroecotourism without state registration as individual entrepreneurs in case of expression of desire to participate in legal relationship on the national social insurance by them independently pay compulsory insurance premiums to the budget of fund.";
