Article 1

In Item 3 of Article 39.12 of the Land code of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 44, Art. 4147; 2014, No. 26, of the Art. 3377) of the word "the data confirming the fact of entering of information about the applicant into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (for legal entities) or the Unified State Register of Private Entrepreneurs (for individual entrepreneurs), in the federal executive body performing state registration of legal entities, physical persons as individual entrepreneurs and peasant farms" shall be replaced with words "the information about the applicant containing respectively in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and the Unified State Register of Private Entrepreneurs with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction in the federal executive body performing state registration of legal entities, physical persons as individual entrepreneurs".

Article 2

Bring in the Federal Law of December 27, 2002 No. 184-FZ "About technical regulation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 52, Art. 5140; 2005, No. 19, Art. 1752; 2007, No. 19, Art. 2293; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4603) following changes:

Item 7 of article 24 after words "declaration of conformity" to add 1) with the words "or registration number of the declaration of conformity";

The paragraph the fifth Item 2 of Article 28 to add 2) with the words "or registration certificate number of compliance or declaration of conformity";
