About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About enrichment of bread flour"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About enrichment of bread flour" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 3, the Art. 209) the following changes and amendment:

1. In Article 4:

the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-exercises control of production, import and realization of the enriched flour;";

to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:

"-takes measures for economic incentives (provision to business entities of the privileges provided by the tax and customs legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic) the legal entities and physical persons which are engaged in production of the enriched flour;".

2. State Article 6 in the following edition:

"Article 6. The state control of safety and quality of the enriched flour

Behind observance of requirements of technical regulations for safety of the enriched bread flour the state control is exercised. The state control concerning the enriched torment and processes of its storage, deliveries and realization is performed at stage of the address of the enriched flour. The state control concerning production facilities and production processes of the enriched flour is performed in use objects of production by carrying out recurring scheduled and unscheduled inspections.
