Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 5, 2014 No. 85-FZ "About abolition of some district courts of the Penza region" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 19, the Art. 2290) the following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) the paragraph one after words "Articles 3, 32" to add with figures ", 33";

b) add with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3. 1) to form as a part of Lopatinsky district court of the Penza region permanent judicial presence in the village the Russian Kameshkir of Kameshkirsky district of the Penza region;";

2) in Article 2:

a) regarding 1 figure "1 - 3" to replace with figures "1 - 3.1";

b) regarding 2 figures "1 - 3" to replace with figures "1 - 3.1".

Article 2

In Item 1 of the Federal Law of November 24, 2014 No. 354-FZ "About formation of permanent judicial presence at structure of some district courts of the Arkhangelsk region" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 48, the Art. 6635) the words "in the settlement Upper Toyma" shall be replaced with words "in the village the Upper Toyma".

Article 3

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
