About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 79

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 79 "About approval of Rules for the Construction and Safe Operation of boilers with the vapor pressure of no more 0,07 of MPa (0,7 of bars) and with temperature of heating of water 115 °C are not above boilers" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.02. 2014, 8/28266) following changes:
1.1. in the name and Item 1 of the word "and safe" shall be replaced with words devices "on ensuring industrial safety in case of";
1.2. in Rules for the Construction and Safe Operation of boilers with the vapor pressure of no more 0,07 of MPa (0,7 of bars) and boilers with temperature of heating of water 115 °C approved by this resolution are not above:
1.2.1. in the name of Rules and in the text of the word "and safe" shall be replaced with words devices "on ensuring industrial safety in case of";
1.2.2. from Item 1 of the word "safety of transportation of dangerous goods," to exclude;
1.2.3. in Item 14 part one "Item" shall be replaced with words the word "subitem 20.24.2 of Item";
