About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather volunteer activities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 7, Art. 50 with subsequent changes):

Part the fourth Article 6 to add 1) with Item 21-2 of the following content:

"21-2) life insurances and health of volunteers for provision of the volunteer help by them";

Item 44 parts one of Article 7 to exclude 2).

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About volunteer activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 42, the Art. 435):

1) in Article 1:

a) in part one:

in paragraph one of the word "disinterested" and "and volunteer organizations" to exclude;

in the paragraph the second to exclude the words "and volunteer organizations";

in paragraph three shall be replaced with words the word "charities" "charity";

in paragraph four of the word "has one-time nature or" to exclude;

b) in part two to exclude the word of "unselfishness";

c) in part three:

the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Assistance to the citizens who were injured owing to emergency situation of technogenic or natural nature, action of the special period, legal regimes of emergency or warlike situation, conducting anti-terrorist operation, as a result of the social conflicts, accidents and also to the victims of crimes, refugees, internally displaced persons";

after the paragraph of the eighth to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Provision of the volunteer help to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military forming, law enforcement agencies, public authorities during action of the special period, legal regimes of emergency or warlike situation, conducting anti-terrorist operation".
