Bring in the Federal Law of December 17, 1994 No. 67-FZ "About federal courier communication" (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 34, Art. 3547; 1999, No. 49, Art. 5904; 2001, No. 49, Art. 4558; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3435) following changes:

establishes and enhances network permanent, and if necessary and the special courier routes providing operational delivery of correspondence, and procedure for their accomplishment;

establishes procedure for the conclusion with the organization of the agreement (contract) for delivery of correspondence.";

4) in Article 12:

a) in word part two to "civil agreements" shall be replaced with words to "agreements (contracts)";
