Item 19 of the Regulations on compensation of the procedural costs connected with criminal proceeding, costs in connection with consideration of civil case, and also expenses in connection with fulfillment of requirements of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2012 No. 1240 "About procedure and the amount of compensation of the procedural costs connected with criminal proceeding, costs in connection with consideration of civil case, and also expenses in connection with fulfillment of requirements of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and about recognition voided some acts of Council of Ministers of RSFSR and the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 50, Art. 7058; 2013, No. 20, of the Art. 2504) to state in the following edition:
"19. The size of recoverable amounts to the victim who do not have the permanent salary, the witness, their legal representatives and witnesses for their derivation from regular occupations is determined:
in 2014 - by division of 4842 rubles into quantity of the working days in month in which specified persons took part in criminal proceeding;
in 2015 - by division of 5108 rubles into quantity of the working days in month in which specified persons took part in criminal proceeding.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015 and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2014.
3. The realization of this resolution is enabled for the account and within the budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget to the relevant state bodies on management and management in the field of the established functions.
