About change and amendment of budget classification

Of October 20, 2008 "About budget classification" to make the following changes to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 91:

1. In appendix No. 5 "Organizational classification of expenses of the budget "B. Types of the organizations, organizations and actions financed from the budget" to bring new types of the following content:

"527 Implementation of bilateral agreements between Romania and Ministry of Culture";

"861 Project of upgrade of tax administration (TAMP)";

"862 Consolidation of service of rescuers and firefighters in rural settlements of the Republic of Moldova";

"863 Danube combine";

"864 Creation of complex system of sustainable development of the sector of beekeeping in the northern region of the Republic of Moldova".

2. In appendix No. 9 "Methodical instructions for application of economic classification of expenses of the budget" the description of Article 113.29 "Private security" to change and state in the following edition:

"On 113.29 "Private security" expenses on fee of private security, as well as expenses on installation of security systems and expenses of fire protection belong."

3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
