About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning refining and reduction of separate provisions in compliance with regulations of the current legislation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

1. The second Article 24-1 after words of "projects of regional development" to add part with words "(including projects of cooperation and voluntary consolidation of territorial communities)".

2. To add part one of Article 64 with Items 20-1 and 20-2 of the following content:

"20-1) collection for parking lots of vehicles, are enlisted in budgets of local self-government;

20-2) tourist tax which is enlisted in budgets of local self-government".

3. In Article 69 part one:

in item 4 to exclude the word "immovable";

add with Items 7-1 and 7-2 of the following content:

"7-1) collection for parking lots of vehicles;

7-2) tourist tax".

4. In Item the word "state" to exclude 13 parts one of Article 91.

5. To add Item 20 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Item of 1 part one of article 88 of this Code".

With respect thereto paragraphs two - to consider the fourth respectively paragraphs third - the fifth.

II. The law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
