About entering of amendment and change into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About export and import of cultural values"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 8, 2010
Article 1. Part 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About export and import of cultural values" of December 6, 2004 to add ZR-176-N (further – the Law) with Item 6.1 of the following content:
"6. 1) is approved by procedure and accreditation standards of the specialists who are carrying out the expertize of cultural values provided by this Law;".
Article 2. To state part 2 of article 10 of the Law in the following edition:
"2. Examination is performed by specialists, akrreditovanny the state authorized body.
Process of accreditation of the specialists who are carrying out expertize of cultural values is performed according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2011.
