About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About export and import of cultural values"

Article 1. "About export and import of cultural values" (on December 6, 2004, ZR-176-N, further – the Law) after the word of "dead" to add Item 3 of part 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with the words "over the last 50 years".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 8 of the Law with Items 4-1 - 4-3 following of content:

"4-1) constitutes the list of the authors who died over the last 50 years whose works can be exported from the Republic of Armenia only based on the certificate on the right of export or temporary export of cultural values;

4-2) develops the list of the most important cultural values of cultural heritage of the Republic of Armenia which export and temporary export from the territory of the Republic of Armenia is forbidden;

4-3) constitutes the security list of the cultural values which are not state-owned property;".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
