1. In Item part two 5, the paragraph the ninth Item part one 16, Item 18 and the paragraph the eighth Item 27 of the Instruction on the organization of the internal control system in banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations, banking groups and bank holdings approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2012 No. 625 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.01. 2013, 8/26759), the words "and financing of terrorist activities" shall be replaced with words "financing of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction" in the corresponding case.
2. The paragraph of the eighth part one of Item 10 and the paragraph the fifth parts one of Item 11 of the Instruction on state registration of banks and non-bank credit and financial organizations and licensing of the banking activity approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2012 No. 640 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.01. 2013, 8/26795), after the word of "activities" to add with words ", distribution of weapons of mass destruction".
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 4, 2015.
