About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for passing of military service approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2005 No. 186 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 69, 1/6402; 2007, No. 287, 1/9134; 2011, No. 35, 1/12434; No. 113, 1/12967; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.08. 2012, 1/13689):
to exclude from subitem 9.5 of Item 9 of the "female" word;
in Item 11:
in subitem 11.3 "received" to replace the word with the word of "receiving";
in subitem 11.6 of the word "dismissal" shall be replaced with words "release it from position";
Item 19 after the word "institutions" to add with the word "clinical";
add Item 28 with subitem 28.9 of the following content:
"28.9. in connection with recognition by the military-medical commission for health reasons unusable to military service on the available military specialty (not meeting special requirements), but suitable for military service or to military service with insignificant restrictions.";
in Item 45 part one:
in subitem 45.1 of the word "before bringing of the Military oath" shall be replaced with words "no more than for two months";
add part with subitem 45.16 of the following content:
"45.16. in connection with recognition by the military-medical commission for health reasons unusable to military service on the available military specialty (not meeting special requirements), but suitable for military service or to military service with insignificant restrictions – no more than for two months.";
in Item 56:
" (the help, supervision) or the being disabled people of I or II groups, or persons which reached retirement age or persons which did not reach 18-year age" to exclude from subitem 56.4 of the word;
