1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967 "Single questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 130, 5/22734; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.06.2013, 5/37437; 07:11. 2014, 5/39663):
to state subitem 5.28 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution in the following edition:
"5.28. develops offers on bases of state policy in the field of pricing, develops methodology of forming and use of the prices and rates, exercises control of compliance with law about the prices and pricing, including in construction, except for control of observance of the specified legislation by the subjects of managing enabling the realization of consumer goods (including in case of their production and wholesale, retail trade);";
1.2. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 06.09.2016 No. 702.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since December 7, 2014.
