In the "Rules on phytosanitary protection of forest fund against wreckers and diseases" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 9, 1999 No. 16 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 2, Article 141; 2005, No. 1, Article 49, No. 6, Article 558; 2006, No. 4, Article 370) to make the following changes:
1. regarding 3 words "perform … and within the powers the Azerbaijani open joint stock company of melioration and water economy" shall be replaced with words "performs".
2. in the first paragraph of part 5 of the word "local representatives of the Azerbaijani open joint stock company of melioration and water economy," shall be replaced with words "local structures".
