About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

In pursuance of Articles 3, of 6, "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to terrorism financing", according to Articles 7, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 63 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", and also for the purpose of increase in efficiency of implementation by the National Bank of Ukraine of supervision of observance by banks of requirements of the legislation of Ukraine governing the relations in the field of prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way or to terrorism financing, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 14 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for the organization and conducting checks concerning prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, or to terrorism financing approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 20, 2011 No. 197, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 13, 2011 at No. 852/19590 (with changes) which are applied.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 12.05.2015 No. 316
