About modification of the Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of effective use of instruments of regulation of liquidity of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine banks decide:
1. In the first offer of Item 2.13 of Chapter 2 of the Section IV of the Provisions on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 30, 2009 No. 259, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 6, 2009 in case of No. 410/16426, with changes shall be replaced with words the words "at least in two working days in writing" "by e-mail".
2. To department of the public markets (Chury A. E.) bring contents of this resolution to the attention of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
4. I reserve control over the implementation of this resolution.
