12.1. in the payment instruction of the payer, bank are in addition specified:

the residence and (or) the place of stay or details of the identity document of the payer (for the payer – physical person, the individual entrepreneur);

identification number (for the payer and (or) the beneficiary which are the foreign organizations);

identification document number, proving the identity (for the payer – physical person, the individual entrepreneur). In case of absence in the identity document, identification number in the payment instruction the name, series, number, date of issue of the identity document of the payer, the body which issued the document are specified;

12.2. number of financial transaction is number of the payment instruction of the payer, bank.";
