The additional decision shall not contradict the valid content, sense and purpose of the decision of the Constitutional chamber.".

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the chairman of the Constitutional chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
