About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About civil defense"

Article 1. Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 28, 2004 "About civil defense" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 2, to the Art. 38, 2007, No. 3, the Art. 161) to state in the following edition:

"Article 28. Responsibility for violation of this Law

Physical persons and legal entities are made for violation of this Law responsible according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
