Bring in Item 17 of the Method of calculation of the rent for state-owned property and proportions of its distribution approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 4, 1995 No. 786 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 2, Art. 57; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 3, Art. 84; 2001, No. 8, Art. 321; 2002, No. 47, Art. 2124; 2007, No. 1, Art. 34; 2009, No. 43, Art. 1453; 2011, No. 71, Art. 2677; 2013, No. 29, Art. 1002), following changes:
the fifth after the words "except the companies, organizations and the organizations which are under authority of National academy of Sciences" to add the paragraph with words ", and also the companies, organizations and the organizations of field of cinematography which belong to the sphere of management of Ministry of culture";
add Item after the paragraph of the tenth with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The means received from lease of property of the companies, organizations and organizations of field of cinematography which belong to the sphere of management of Ministry of culture temporarily till December 31, 2016 go for accomplishment of authorized tasks of such companies, organizations and organizations.".
