"13) the foreign citizen or the stateless person during the previous stay in the Russian Federation did not leave the Russian Federation and there were in the Russian Federation continuously over hundred eighty days, but no more than two hundred seventy days from the date of the termination of the term of temporary stay in the Russian Federation provided by the Federal Law, - within five years from the date of departure from the Russian Federation;

14) the foreign citizen or the stateless person during the previous stay in the Russian Federation did not leave the Russian Federation and there were in the Russian Federation continuously over two hundred seventy days from the date of the termination of the term of temporary stay in the Russian Federation provided by the Federal Law, - within ten years from the date of departure from the Russian Federation.".
