Shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 3 words "in the territories of the federal cities of Moscow and St. Petersburg" "in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sevastopol";
Shall be replaced with words 3) regarding 4 words "irrespective of places of their stay" ", except for located in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol";
To add 4) with part 4.1 following of content:
"4.1. The requirements established by parts 2 and 3 of this Article are applied to the retail markets located in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol since January 1, 2020. The specified subjects of the Russian Federation have the right to reduce the term established by this part.".
