Article 1

Bring in article 24 of the Federal Law of December 30, 2006 No. 271-FZ "About the retail markets and about introduction of amendments to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 1, Art. 34; No. 23, Art. 2692; 2009, No. 29, Art. 3593; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7338) following changes:

"4.2. The requirements established by parts 2 and 3 of this Article are applied to the agricultural markets and the agricultural cooperative markets located in the territories of the cities with population over 1 million people since January 1, 2016.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
