About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About defense and Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About defense and Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 752) the following changes and amendments:

1. In all text of the Law in state language:

the words "Headquarters Bashky" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "Generaldyk headquarters" in the corresponding cases;

to replace the word "nachalnig" in different case forms with the word "bashchysa" in the corresponding cases.

2. The paragraph one of part 1 of Article 6 to state in the following edition:

"1. Armed forces consist from:

1) bodies of military management;

2) overland connections, parts and organizations (organizations);

3) Sil of air defense;

4) National guard;

5) Border service.

Bodies of military management, connection, part and organization have rights of the legal entity.

Military commissariats are local authorities of military management.".

3. In Article 15:

in part 1:

declare Item 3 invalid;

add part with Item 5-1 of the following content;

"5-1) provides activities of military commissariats, the organization of military accounting, training of citizens for military service, appeal of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic on military, alternative services and on military (mobilization) charges and on mobilization, creation and accumulating of the military trained reserve on military specialties in interaction with bodies of local public administrations and local self-government of the Kyrgyz Republic;";

in part 2;

in Item 3 of the word "the authorized state body knowing questions of defense" shall be replaced with words "Armed forces";

add part with Item 3-1 of the following content:
