Article 2

Article 28 of the Federal Law of December 28, 2010 No. 403-FZ "About the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 1, the Art. 15) to add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. In the cases provided by the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences, the staff of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation bears disciplinary responsibility for making of administrative offense.".
