1. Declare invalid the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of February 7, 2009 No. 6-1 "About approval of the Order of interaction and exchange of information between the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine, State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the Pension fund of Ukraine about the companies concerning which proceeedings about bankruptcy are initiated", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 11, 2009 on No. 227/16243.
2. To legal management of the Pension fund of Ukraine (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine Nikitenko V. S.
