Bring in the Federal Law of July 25, 2011 No. 260-FZ "About the state support in the field of agricultural insurance and about introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Development of Agricultural Industry" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 31, Art. 4700; No. 50, Art. 7359; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4084) following changes:
1) in Article 2:
a) state item 4 in the following edition:
"4) merging of the insurers - the single all-Russian merging of the insurers created according to this Federal Law and other Federal Laws which members all insurers performing the agricultural insurance performed with the state support according to this Federal Law shall consist;";
b) state Item 13 in the following edition:
"13) loss (death) of harvest of crop - the taking place during validity of agricultural insurance decrease in the actual harvest of crop, including harvest of long-term plantings, in comparison with the planned harvest for twenty five and more percent as a result of approach of events, stipulated in Article the 8th this Federal Law;";
c) state Item 13 in the following edition:
"13) loss (death) of harvest of crop - the taking place during validity of agricultural insurance decrease in the actual harvest of crop, including harvest of long-term plantings, in comparison with the planned harvest for twenty and more percent as a result of approach of events, stipulated in Article the 8th this Federal Law;";
d) in Item 14 of the word "more than on forty percent" shall be replaced with words "more than on thirty percent";
