Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases and procedure for participation of the Kyrgyz Republic in activities for maintenance of international peace and safety" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2012, No. 7, the Art. 2718) the following change and amendment:
in Article 9:
to state the name of Article in the following edition:
"Article 9. The direction of militia personnel out of limits of the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic for participation in peacekeeping missions";
add part 1 with the paragraph the second the following content:
"The procedure for the organization of participation of militia personnel in activities for maintenance of international peace and safety outside the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic is determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
