Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 20, 2008 "About Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 3, Art. 193; 2009, No. 5, Art. 323; 2010, No. 3, Art. 154; 2011, No. 6, Art. 459; 2013, No. 7, Art. 517) following changes and amendments:
1. To write the name of the Law with capital letters.
2. In Article 3:
- in paragraphs three and the fourth shall be replaced with words words of "local self-government" "self-government institutions of settlements and villages";
- add with the paragraph the seventh the following content:
"-conducting the state anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and projects of regulatory legal acts;":
- in paragraph eight to replace sign of point with sign of semicolon ";";
- add with the paragraph the ninth the following content:
"-implementation of other tasks provided by legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
3. In Article 5:
- in part 4 "laws" shall be replaced with words the word "legal acts";
- in part 5 "law" shall be replaced with words the word "the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan".
4. In Article 18:
- in paragraph four of the word of "local self-government" shall be replaced with words "self-government institutions of settlements and villages";
- to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"-fight against legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and terrorism financings;".
5. In Article 19:
- in paragraph four of the word "cash registers" shall be replaced with words "cash registers with fiscal memory,";
