Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 15, 2013 No. 347 "Some questions of implementation of Article 26 and part two of article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "On employment of the population" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 39, the Art. 1364) changes which are applied.

1. According to the procedure of compensation to employers of costs in the amount of single fee for obligatory national social insurance, approved by the specified resolution:
Item 1 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:
"Action of this Procedure does not extend to employers who are budgetary institutions.";
2) in Item 2:
in paragraph one of the word "parts five" to exclude, and "territorial authority of Public service of employment (further - territorial authority)" shall be replaced with words words "jobcenter of public service of employment (further - jobcenter)";
