1. The paragraph the twelfth Item 13 of the Regulations on procedure for conducting examination in the field of the state export control approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 15, 1997 No. 767 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 29, page 70; 2008, No. 91, the Art. 3026) to exclude.
2. The paragraph the twenty fourth Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for provision to subjects of foreign economic activity of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and the goods containing the data which are the state secret, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 8, 1998 No. 838 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 23, Art. 839; 2007, No. 33, the Art. 1338) to exclude.
3. Paragraphs of the sixth and seventh of Item 11 of the Procedure of the state control of the international transfers of military goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 20, 2003 No. 1807 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 48, Art. 2506; 2007, No. 33, the Art. 1338) to exclude.
