According to Item 2 parts one of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation in the field of utilities", part two of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of utilities DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for control of observance by licensees of licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of heat energy (except activities for production of heat energy on combined heat and power plants, thermal power plants, nuclear power plants and cogeneration installations and installations with use nonconventional or renewable energy resources), to transportation of heat energy by the high-level and local (distribution) thermal networks, supply of heat energy, approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of utilities of August 10, 2012 No. 284, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2012 for No. 1477/21789, which are applied.
2. To submit to management of licensed control (Startsev S. M.) this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
