Bring in the List of documents according to which debt collection is made in indisputable procedure based on executive texts of notaries, No. 1172 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 29, 1999 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 26, by the Art. 1241, No. 45 of Art. 2243; 2000, No. 17, the Art. 710), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the List of documents according to which debt collection is made in indisputable procedure based on executive texts of notaries

1. In the Section "Debt Collection under Notarially Certified Agreements":

in the name of the Section the word "agreements" to replace with the word "agreements";

in Item 1:

in paragraph one to replace the word "agreements" with the word "agreements", and after the words "pledged property" to add with words "(except case, the stipulated in Item 1-1 this list)";

in the subitem "an" of the word of "the certified transaction" shall be replaced with words "the certified agreement (agreements)";

add the Section with Item 1-1 of the following content:
