1. In the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 24, 2012 No. 261 "About approval of Rules of position assignment and the termination of the employment contract with employees of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its departments" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 12, 2012 at No. 7996, it is published on December 5, 2012 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper, No. 421-422 (27240-27241) to make the following changes:
in Rules of position assignment and termination of the employment contract with employees of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its departments approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 23 in the following edition:
"23. Participant lists of tender, allowed to interview, are placed at the information stand of National Bank in the place available to public inspection within five working days from the date of the end of documents acceptance.";
state Item 37 in the following edition:
"37. If as a result of tender the tender committee did not reveal candidates for the provided vacant positions of employees of National Bank, occupation of vacant position of the employee of National Bank is performed according to the procedure, established by Chapter 3 of Rules.";
state appendix 1 in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
