1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 19, 2013 No. 371 "About some questions of regulation of the monetary market" (with changes) the following changes:

"1. Establish the following standard rates of obligatory reservation for forming of required reserves by banks:
means of deposits (deposits) of legal entities and physical persons in national currency on demand and means on current accounts - 0;
