About reorganization of joint-stock company "Managing company of the special economic zone "Park of Innovative Technologies"

1. Reorganize joint-stock company "Managing company of the special economic zone "Park of Innovative Technologies" by transformation to autonomous cluster fund "Park of Innovative Technologies" with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital.
2. To the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.
3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
