About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash No. 909-XII of January 30, 1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 80-82, 413), with subsequent changes to make the following change and addition:
1. Recognize Article 21-1 invalid.
2. Add the law with Article 21-2 of the following content:
"Article 21-2. State financial support
(1) Since July 1, 2014 the monthly state financial support in the amount of 180 lei is provided to receivers of pensions which size does not exceed 1500 lei.
(2) the Expenses connected with payment of the state financial support become covered from the government budget.".
Art. II. – In the Law on provision of pensions of the military personnel and persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies No. 1544-XII of June 23, 1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 247-251, 752), with subsequent changes to make the following change and addition:
1. Recognize Article 65 invalid.
2. Add the law with Article 65-1 of the following content:
"Article 65-1. State financial support
(1) Since July 1, 2014 the monthly state financial support in the amount of 180 lei is provided to receivers of pensions which size does not exceed 1500 lei.
(2) the Expenses connected with payment of the state financial support become covered from the government budget.".
