About modification of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of June 27, 1996 No. 51
Based on subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. In part four of Item 15 of the Instruction on procedure and conditions of resettlement of the unemployed on the directions of public service of employment of the population of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Belarus of June 27, 1996 No. 51 (The bulletin of normative legal information, 1996, No. 9; The National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 126, 8/11354), "Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words words "in the procedure established by the legislation".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
